Enclosed is a typescript copy of a letter from E W D Ward, War Office, London, to the Under Secretary of State, Foreign Office, dated 13 October 1904, consisting of one page, regarding Tulloch. Additionally A memoranda to Colonel [David] Bruce is enclosed, regarding Ward's letter from the War Office, with Bruce's reply as 'noted and returned'.</dc:description>
