Letter from [William Mitchinson] Hicks, Dunheyed, Endcliffe Crescent, Sheffield, to [Robert William Frederick] Harrison Hicks requests a later draft regarding the Sorby Fellowship 'which rests the fund in the Royal Society, and gives powers to the Royal Society to judge whether the new [University of Sheffield] is sufficiently equipped for research'.
