Letter from [Alexander] Pedler, British Science Guild, 28 Stanhope Gardens, Queen's Gate, London, to Mr [Robert] Harrison, [Royal Society] Informing that the Royal Society are asked to nominate a representative on the Committee. States that when the British Sceince Guild tasked him with committee, the previous year, Sir Archibald Geikie was appointed a member of it but rarely attended. Informs he attempted to put Geikie on the deputation of the Geological Society without success. 10 April 1908
