<dc:title>Letter from Lonsdale [Augustus] Hale, Olddean Camberley, to Sir John Rose Bradford, the [Royal Society]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Informs the Royal Society that he was prevented in joining other delegates to the Royal Society Celebrations at Windsor, being told that only foreign delegates were to be received.
Enclosed is a copy of a response from Robert Harrison, apologising for the confusion caused by the incorrect information relating to only foreign delegated being able to attend. Clariefies that the most probably reason was that Hale didn't travel on the special train reserved for the delegates.</dc:description>
