Letter from Charles Roberts, India Office, Whitehall, London, S.W, to The Secretaries of the Royal Society Informing, on behalf of the Secretary of State for India in Council, that owing to the present condition of public affairs his Lordship has now concurred in a suggestion made by the Colonial Secretary, that further consideration of the proposal to institute an enquiry into the etiology and prevention of yellow fever be postponed until after the war. 22 October 1914
