Letter from [Thomas William] Rhys Davids, Pali Text Society, Cotterstock, Chipstead, Surrey, to the Secretary, Royal Society Informs that at the last meeting of the joint committee to promote Franco British Entente it was decieded to ask the Royal Society and the British Academy for a small advancement for current expenses. Requests for the matter to be brought before Council and states that the proposed orgnaisation is seeking a representative from the Royal Society as Chairman for the Science section. 20 January 1916
