Letter from [James Hopwood] Jeans, Cleveland Lodge, Dorking, to Mr [Robert] Harrison, [Royal Society] Informs he did not withdraw the second part of his motion, stating he could not have done so without the consent of his recorder and of the whole Council. Maintains that the June minutes ought to be amended accordingly and that he will raise the question unless Harrison prefers to alter the minutes before they are read for signature by the President of the Royal Society. 3 July 1918
