Letter from William [Arthur] Bone, Montine, Harpenden Road, St Albans, to The Secretaries of the Royal Society Acknowledges previous correspondence informing him that the paper by himself and Reginald .J. Sarjant on the Chemistry of Coal has been announced for reading at the next meeting of the Royal Society. Informs both himself and Mr Sarjant are unable to attend the meeting. Comments that there are several matters of importance to those interested and that he had prepared some studies to illustrate these. 11 May 1919
