Encloses a copy of a letter from Mr Charles Hedley praising the work on Indian Mollusca, which is much appeciated and used  in Australia in the study of representative species and genera [enclosure present]. Informs he has sent Dame Godman a copy of the same letter and thanks the Royal Society for all they have done.</dc:description>
