Letter from [Sidney Frederic] Harmer, Zoology Committee, 30 Courtfield Gardens, S.W.5., to [Francis Alexander] Towle, [Royal Society] Sends a note informing that the Zoology Committee believes that an unnecessarily long interval had been allowed to pass between the receipt of the Referees' Reports and the summoning of a meeting, in the case of two papers, and that in the future they advise it would be advisable to deal more promptly with memoirs under consideration for the Philosophical Transactions. 28 January 1923
