Letter from [?], Bank Quay Works, Warrington, to [Francis Alexander] Towle, The Royal Society 'Dear Mr. Towle, When asked to choose between Proceedings "A" and "B" of the Royal Society a few years ago, when financial matters were adverse, I selected Proceedings "A". I am writing to ask whether I can now also receive Proceedings "B" as there are many papers in it which are of interest and importance to me, and living, as I do, in the provinces where access to a library is none to easy, I feel the want of it.
