Letter from Frederick Manning, London, to [Thomas Bell and Samuel Hunter Christie], the Secretaries of the Royal Society Regarding his uncle Charles Turnor's bequest to the Royal Society. The bequest contains a collection of drawings, memoirs, some medals, and other articles in a list, as well as an illustration of Isaac Newton. Manning makes particular mention of his father [Edmund] and uncle's work on the 'History of the Soke of Grantham'. 3 February 1853
