You don't say what size of safe you suggest or the cost of it; but if you would let me know this I would ask the Treasurer to agree to the purchase of it, or if you would let me know the size I would see if I could find one in London suitable. I am informing the Clerk of the Government Grant Committee of the apparatus which you have taken down to the country.
You wrote some little time ago about an assistant; I imagine that now the request no longer stands.
