Copy letter from [David Christie Martin], Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society, to Sir Alfred Egerton, Secretary of the Royal Society Notes the arrival of Sir Venkata Raman to England from France on the 17 April for a ten day stay. He may be returning to France on 26 April and could be contactd through the representative of the British Council in Paris. He notes that a message can be sent through Mr Mills of the Science Section of the British Council, but they do not presently have his address in France. 13 April 1948
