<dc:title>Letter from Jonkheer E M Storm van's Gravesande, to Sir Henry Thomas Tizard, Royal Society, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London, W.1.</dc:title>
<dc:description>On behalf of the Organisatie van Natuurphilosophische en Technoloische Faculteiten in Nederland, the Secretary asks if Tizard as the Foreign Secretary of the Royal Society would be able to promote visits by scientists in Great Britain to lecture in Dutch university towns. Gravesande notes that he had been directed to Tizard after Mr Brander, Secretary of the Vice Chancellors Committee, had said that the committee would be unable to assist. If Tizard provides the names of scientists interested in such a visit, they will be invited to visit, with expenses to be given for travelling and hotels.</dc:description>
