<dc:title>Letter from W B Brander, to the Professor Archibald Vivian Hill, Secretary, Royal Society, Burlington House, London, W.1.</dc:title>
  <dc:description>'Dear Hill,
Sir Hector Hetherington, who is unwell, has forwarded me a letter from Hon. Secretary, Organisatie van Natuurphilosophische en Technoloische Faculteiten in Nederland, asking me to acknowledge it and to say that the Committee of Vice-Chancellors and Principals is scarcely the body which can assist in promoting visits to Holland of scientists from this country. He has suggested that the Royal Society, in conjunction possibly with the British Council, might be able to assist. I therefore forward the letter in original to you for such action as you may be able to take.
Yours sincerely,
W B Brander'</dc:description>
