<dc:title>Letter from C F A Panton, to Sir Henry Thomas Tizard [Royal Society]</dc:title>
 <dc:description>'Trinity College,
Cambridge

Dear Tizard,
I have done no more than acknowledge Crowther's [J G Crowther] letter. Perhaps fortunately also, illness prevented me from attending the previous meeting of Crowther's Science panel. I have realised only too well that all was not well with the committee's relation to us & quite agree that the right thing is to go very slowly.
Yours sincerely,
C F A Panton'</dc:description>
