Copy letter from Professor Patrick Maynard Stuart Blackett, to Sir Henry Thomas Tizard Regarding the work of a Foreign Office committee for the furthering of Russian Studies, in particular a meeting at which it was suggested that the Royal Society, or a similar scientific body, might invite holders of the Soviet Isaac Newton Scholarshops to visit Great Britain for the tenure of their scholarships. A resolution to invite the Society to nominate a representative to the main committee dealing with Russian Studies is also mentioned. 2 May 1945
