Also includes a comment on a letter from Mr Higgins, with Tizard expressing a preference for vesting patent rights in the nominee company of Williams Deacons Bank to avoid complications involved when patent rights are held by committee members. A postscript response to a letter from Brian W Downs notes that he belatedly received the letter and so any response should be sent care of the British Embassy, or if not, the British Embassy. 12 August 1945
