<dc:title>Letter from Thomas George Bonney, 23 Denning Road, Hampstead, to 'Dear Mr. Treasurer' [John Evans] </dc:title>
<dc:description>He has heard from A.T. Evans, the subject of a grant of £10 about a year ago, to aid in collecting fossils from the Bunter pebbles. He encloses a letter and statement of expenses from Evans. He had been sent £4 of the £10 allocated and holds £6 credit. He has not expended much, but is now going greater distances, so the expenditure will rise. He is getting good results and is working in a systematic way.

T.G. Bonney was awarded a grant of £10 from the Royal Society's Donation Fund, in November 1886, 'to enable him to assist Mr. A.T. Evans in his researches'. </dc:description>
