'Proceedings of the Committee assembled...to inspect and report upon such magnetical Instruments as may be laid before them by Lieutenant Yule, Bengal Engineers' This report accompanied Yule's letter to the East India Company on the poor condition of the instruments with which he was expected to make magnetic observations and the resulting effect on establishing an Observatory in Aden (MM/11/148).
