A recent aurora attracted a lot of attention at the Brussels observatory and Sabine sends a short notice from [Adolphe] Quetelet regarding it [not enclosed]. 

Sabine would like Lloyd to attach a letter he, Sabine, wrote to Lord Northampton [date unspecifed], to the Report of the Committee of the Royal Society. </dc:description>
