Discussion on the method of adjusting the bifilar magnetometer at right angles to the magnetic meridian, the best relative position of the three magnets [declination, horizontal force and vertical force], the divisions for the scale of the collimator, and the angle of torsion for the bifilar magnetometer.</dc:description>
