<dc:title>Copy letter, John William Lubbock, Treasurer of the Royal Society, to Messrs Few & Co.</dc:title>
<dc:description>Lubbock has received a letter from Mr W Allwright, copied to Few & Co. He asks that any necessary steps are taken to protect the Society's interests. He refers to a letter from the Secretary of the Bristol Railway and a minute of Royal Society Council for Few's attention. A similar note was received from the Windsor Railway, now in [Peter Mark] Roget's hands. This last arrived only after the Council meeting. </dc:description>
