Copy letter, PM [Peter Mark] Roget, Rl Socy [Royal Society], to Sir John Barrow, secretary to the Admiralty Council has received a report from the Committee of Astronomy relating to the paper on Cape observations in 1838 using Bradley's zenith sector, the observations made by order of the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty. He forwards a copy of Council's resolution on the matter. 15 January 1840
