<dc:title>Copy letter from W H [William Hallowes] Miller, Secretary of the Royal Society, B H [Burlington House], to Monsieur Fleury, Consulate General of France, London</dc:title>
<dc:description>In response to his suggestion that the Royal Society connect with, and appoint Delegates to, the 'Société des Agriculteurs de France' [Farmer's Society of France]. Whilst Miller recognises the importance of this Society, he notes that 'the constitution of the RS [Royal Society] contains no provision for the appointment of delegates to other Societies', and that communication between the Royal Society with other societies tends to be regarding the exchange of publications.
