The Treasurer has pointed out that Rule 5 of chapter 3 of the Regulations of 1871 is no longer valid. Therefore the cost of the life composition will be £60, with a reduction of £4. Up to Dr. [Heinrich] Debus whether he would like to compound his annual payments for this.</dc:description>
