Letter from Dugald Clerk to Professor Ernest Henry Starling, Institute of Physiology, University College, Gower Street Clerk has seen Dr de Lange and Baron de Linden and intends to ask Admiral Jackson to meet with them both. Their instrument is to be tested on the Vernon, but the Admiralty will only let British nationals aboard warships. Suggests that Vernon's officers might meet the inventors in London. 19 May 1915
