Notes that Commendatore Attolico stated a good case for Italian rationing [policy] -- the Food Committee presented an 'able' memo -- does not think there is an 'immediate intention' on the Ministry of Food's part to introduce rationing -- decided not to send the memo on school [diet] to the Controller, as it was more important to address general policy, but may send it to Sir Henry Rew -- encloses copies of Paton's report on soya beans. 10 March 1917
