Letter from E I Wise, of the Ministry of Food, to William B Hardy Informs Hardy that priority applications for liquid milk for invalids and young children have been granted by Food Control Committees since winter 1917 -- that the priority is now to extend to dried and condensed milk -- asks the Food (War) Committee on behalf of the Food Controller whether priority should be given for sweetened condensed milk as well as unsweetened for children -- encloses notes from the Local Government Board on the subject. 13 August 1918
