Cocks suggessts they give [Louis] Bernacchi £30 for his Melbourne expenses, then advise [Robert Falcon] Scott of this aso he can check the accounts. Cocks will sign the cheque for £150 to cover freight and send this on to Melbourne. Informs Kempe that the Government Grant of £5,000 has been received in the account and he has paid in another £5,000 from the Royal Geographical Society.</dc:description>
