Copy dental certificate by C G Riddett, House Surgeon at the Dental Hospital of London, Leicester Square, for W [William] Shackleton Has examined the mouth of Mr Shackleton and finds that although some of his teeth are missing, 'he possesses enough to afford him a good masticating surface'.
