<dc:title>Draft letter [from Alfred Bray Kempe] to Sir Clements Markham</dc:title>
<dc:description>Has met [Edward Lygon Somers] Cocks to discuss Mr Judd and Co's account for printing. By an order of the Joint Committee on June 26, they can only authorise cheques up to £10. Paying the whole bill of £76.6.5 will need to be authorised by the Committee. Will need some means of making payments if they urgent and cannot wait for the next meeting in future. Suggests Lord Lister and Markham could consult on this matter, as it would be better not to bring it to the next Joint Committee meeting.</dc:description>
