A Hygiene Sub-Committee was appointed consisting of Lord [Joseph] Lister (chairman), Sir Michael Foster, Dr [William] Collingridge, Dr [Henry Edward] Armstrong, Dr [Thomas Edward] Thorpe, Dr [Reginald] Koettlitz and Dr W H [Wiliam Henry] Neale. 5.
