<dc:title>Letter from R [Robert Falcon] Scott, H M S Bulwark, Channel Fleet, to Sir Archibald Geikie, with a copy of Geikie's reply</dc:title>
<dc:description>Scott alerts Geikie that his letter concerning the Meteorological Volume has been seen by officials at the Royal Geographical Society. Scott states that he had no hand in this, as he only sent copies to thise directly involved with the publication. 'Its further circulation was against my Expressed wish'.

Geikie thanks Scott for his letter and states that he is aware that the Geographical Society has seen the letter. He hopes this will not complicate efforts to settle the matter.</dc:description>
