<dc:title>Letter from Silvanus P [Phillips] Thompson, Morland, Chislett Road, West Hampstead, to Sir Joseph Larmor</dc:title>
<dc:description>He does not know why Larmor thinks Thompson is being hard on him. He handed to Larmor a memorandum to help in increasing [Oliver] Heaviside's pension for services rendered to the State in telegraphy. The document was given to Thompson by the Chief Engineer of the G.P.O., with permission of the Postmaster General. He gives more background before noting that Larmor did not return the document and Thompson does no know what happened to it. He asks to recover it as this is a good moment to renew representations. </dc:description>
