Letter from T [Thomas] Sinclair, Hopefield House, Belfast, to [Joseph] Larmor He thanks Larmor for his note and states that the Kelvin statue will be sited on the west side of City Hall in a first rate position. He hopes it is a sign that Belfast is not wholly given over to material interests. He is glad that Larmor agrees it should not be at the college, which is out of the way. Sinclair is interested in what Larmor had to say about the statutes, as a similar criticism is being made of the medical curriculum. He notes his disappointment in the appointment of a readership which might introduce friction into Belfast. 7 June 1909
