<dc:title>Letter from George W [Walker] Walker, 17 Anglesey Crescent, Alverstoke, Hampshire, to Sir Joseph [Larmor]</dc:title>
<dc:description>He has been seeing high officials since meeting Larmor. Walker has the backing of the sailors and others in pressing his case with the Treasury. Much depends upon Sir T. [Thomas] Heath, who seems to have backed him because he detests [Richard Tetley] Glazebrook 'who seems to have been trying to down me'. He asks if Larmor knows of anyone who could put in a word for him, to help the Controller fight the battle for those who have worked for M.S. When matters are settled he will look for work elsewhere. </dc:description>
