<dc:title>Letter from P [Pieter] Zeeman], Stadhouderskade 158, Amsterdam, to Sir Joseph Larmor</dc:title>
<dc:description>Zeeman thanks Larmor for the reprinted copy of [James Clerk] Maxwell's 'Matter and Motion'. In his student days it was their favourite book at Leiden. Zeeman has heard that some Dutch men of science have received invitations to contribute to a memorial for Lord Rayleigh in Westminster Abbey. He would like to contribute to a fund, if that is permitted, and he asks Larmor who the Treasurer is. </dc:description>
