He quotes from Larmor's letter and states that he has sent the paper on the [George Francis] Fitzgerald impulse experiments to the Royal Dublin Society and this is being typewritten now. Once he has a copy, he will send it to Larmor; he has added a note about the tendency of condensers to set themselves at right angles.</dc:description>
