<dc:title>Letter from H H [Herbert Hall] Turner, University Observatory, Oxford, to [Joseph] Larmor</dc:title>
<dc:description>He believes the time is right to raise the question of a portrait of [William] Huggins. He has heard nothing since Francis Darwin mentioned the project about [Michael] Foster and a possible clash. Sir Andrew Noble has suggested Lord Rosse as the prime mover; he is willing and Turner agrees. Rosse wished to discuss preliminaries at the Athenaeum on Friday, and although it is not necessary for Larmor to come, it would be pleasant. </dc:description>
