<dc:title>Letter from T E [Thomas Edward] Thorpe, Whinfield, Salcombe, S Devon, to [Joseph] Larmor</dc:title>
<dc:description>He has been considering Larmor's suggestion on the works of [Henry] Cavendish. He would be proud to undertake the editorship, although he could not set off at once. He will be busy with the new edition of the 'Dictionary of Applied Chemistry' for twelve months. He asks if Larmor would canvas his Cambridge friends on the idea of a Cavendish 'Works' and on Thorpe as editor. </dc:description>
