<dc:title>Letter from William Huggins, 90 Upper Tulse Hill, to 'My dear Secretary' [Joseph Larmor]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Larmor will be glad to hear that Rayleigh has accepted nomination. Huggins thought it his duty to send Larmor's letter of the 27th to [Archibald] Geikie and the Treasurer [Alfred Bray Kempe]. He agrees entirely with Geikie's letter and has sent it to Larmor. He would be grieved if Larmor carried through his intention of bringing the matter before Council. </dc:description>
