His objective is to show Dewar as being 'technically in the wrong'. He comments on the Secretary's powers, for which Larmor has referred him to the Yearbook. He asks a series of questions in dealing with Proceedings papers, in correcting mis-statements, and in the addition of footnotes to papers. He also asks if Dr. [Joseph Edward] Coates's paper was passed for publication between 13 and 25 December with reference to the Chairman of the Sectional Committee. 4 January 1907
