<dc:title>Letter from F W [Frank Watson] Dyson, Royal Observatory, Greenwich, to [Joseph] Larmor</dc:title>
<dc:description>Dyson has met with a number of astronomers, including [Herbert Hall] Turner, [Alfred] Fowler, [Edward Arthur] Milne, [Harold] Knox-Shaw, and [Sydney] Chapman, who all feel that a portrait of [Hugh Frank] Newall ought to be added to the Cambridge Observatory. Dyson lists Newall's accomplishments and states 'If I were allowed to form a list of English astronomers I should get a favourable response from 40 or 50 people, as Newall is very much of a persona grata as well as an astronomer'. </dc:description>
