<dc:title>Letter from G [George] Chrystal, 5 Belgrave Crescent, Edinburgh, to [Joseph] Larmor</dc:title>
<dc:description>Informs Larmor of the date for which the deputation has been scheduled. He refutes Larmor's doubts, arguing that if the roles were reversed and this had happened to the Royal Society rather than the Royal Society of Edinburgh, Chrystal would have travelled down to support Larmor with his protests. Chrystal notes that the Secretary of Scotland is likely to know Larmor by sight, and so his support, which Chrystal argues will only be 'the outward expression of your sympathy', will carry weight. He then gives Larmor the address of his London accommodation.</dc:description>
