  <dc:description>Fitzgerald may be wrong as he has only considered the matter for a short time to see how Larmor avoids much radiation. He wonders if two ions would rotate around one another at all, and he speculates about their possible behaviour, including at light velocity, but he agrees with Larmor that they would likely orbit one another. He only writes in the fear that Larmor may have made the mistake that Fitzgerald had, in assuming their electromagnetic action would be opposed to their electrostatic action. Path curvature may compensate, but Fitzgerald thinks that velocities many times that of light would be required and that orbits would not be circular. Fitzgerald notes the consequence of supposing velocities comparable to those of light and large radiations compared with total energy. </dc:description>
