<dc:title>Letter from M J M [Micaiah John Muller] Hill, Lake View, Northwood, Middlesex, to [Joseph] Larmor</dc:title>
<dc:description>He is glad that the oversight about the logarithm tables has not produced damage and he returns Larmor's brother's report, which he should keep. He thanks Larmor for the details of Examiners' meetings, raising some points which are unclear. There are discrepancies between the lists of the Registrar and Assistant Registrar, and the 'hopeless cases' were not ticked off beforehand last June, as they had been before. [William] Ramsay has gone to India; Hill spoke with him many times before he left and Ramsay was dissatisfied with the working of the University by officials. </dc:description>
