<dc:title>Letter from Arch [Archibald] Geikie, Shepherd's Down, Haslemere, to [Joseph] Larmor </dc:title>
<dc:description>Geikie has seen Larmor's letter in 'The Times'and thinks he 'will be bombarded with continental bits of impertinence'. He has probably received a more outrageous performance from Holland, but there are few signatories of any note, although Geikie regrets to see [Svante] Arrhenius and [Hugo] de Vries signing it. No eminent Dutchmen or Scandinavians have signed. He has not seen Lamor in a long time, and invites him to stay for a weekend.</dc:description>
