<dc:title>Letter from Margaret Lindsay Huggins, 90 Upper Tulse Hill, S W [South West], to Sir Joseph [Larmor]</dc:title>
<dc:description>Huggins continues to discuss the perceived errors made by [Hugh Frank] Newall in his recent arcticle, concerning William Huggins. Margaret Huggins feels she cannot allow them to 'pass unchallenged'. Huggins rejects the idea of William Huggins 'receiving theoretical assistance from [James] Clerk Maxwell', and feels very strongly that she must carry out her duty in rectifying the errors. She has written to Newall accordingly. Huggins then discusses a visit from George [Ellery] Hale, which she greatly appreciated, and notes that she is giving to particular visitors keepsakes from William Huggins. She is also grateful for the Royal Society for their gift of a portrait of William Huggins to her, as it is 'a daily comfort'. </dc:description>
